At The Food Collective cakes we create designer cakes for the people of Canberra and surrounds. We only use high quality ingredients, with all cakes baked from scratch.. 

 

All of the cakes are baked and decorated in our registered cake studio in Canberra, Australia under strict Food Safety Regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

We specialise in mud cakes as they provide the best results for our customers, however we have a range of other cake types depending on the style and design required, including naked cakes. Our mud cakes are made with couverture chocolate and only the very best quality ingredients we can source.
